The app password is encrypted, never written to logs, and I can revoke it at any time. The full text of emails is kept for 30 days, then deleted. During the session, what the assistant reads back to me from my ledger (names of other people, amounts, due dates) is also sent to ElevenLabs to be spoken. Afterwards only a transcript is kept, like chat text, and we delete the conversation at ElevenLabs once we have the transcript. No audio is stored anywhere. The bot hears only the person who invited it, nobody else in the channel. By voice I can only ask for things; every email, call or payment still waits for my tap on Approve in Discord.
